How it works

Liquidation shopping, explained

What we sell, what the condition grades mean, and what to know before you visit.

What we sell

  • Overstock

Brand-new items a store ordered too many of and needs to clear to make room.

  • Customer returns

Things people bought and brought back. Some were never opened; some were tried once.

  • Liquidation

When stores sell stock off in bulk, cheaply, to clear it fast. That’s where the deals come from.

Condition grades

Every deal shows one of these grades, so you know what to expect before you come in.

New
Factory sealed and never opened.
Open Box
Opened and checked, with all parts. Never used.
Like New
Used briefly or returned. No visible wear.
As Is
Sold as found. May show wear or be missing parts.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. Because our stock is overstock and customer returns sold well below retail, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges. Please check items in store before you buy, and ask us if you’d like to see something tested or opened.

Ways to pay

  • Cash
  • Debit
  • Visa
  • Mastercard

Deals are in-store only; there's no online checkout.

Questions

Where does your stock come from?

We buy overstock and customer returns, then sell them for less than regular retail prices.

Is everything new?

Not always. Every item has a condition grade, from New to As Is. Check the badge on each deal, or the condition grades on this page.

Can I buy online or reserve an item?

No. Deals are in-store only, first come, first served, while quantities last. Come in to buy.

Do the prices online match the shelf?

We update the site often, but prices may change. The in-store price applies.

How often does new stock arrive?

New stock lands every week. Sign up for emails to hear about new drops first.

Can I return something?

All sales are final. Because our stock is overstock and customer returns sold well below retail, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges. Please check items in store before you buy, and ask us if you’d like to see something tested or opened.
