Privacy notice

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message.
• Email signup: your email address and a record of when you confirmed that you want our emails.

There are no customer accounts and nothing is sold online, so this site never asks for payment details.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your message.
• To send the new-stock emails you asked for.
• To keep spam out of our forms.

We don't sell your information or use it for anything else.

Who handles it for us

• Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Brevo keeps our email list and sends our emails, each with a link to unsubscribe.
• Cloudflare hosts this site, runs the spam check on our forms and counts visits.

These companies may store information outside Canada, where the law of that country can give its authorities access to it.

Cookies and visitor statistics

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our visitor statistics count page views without cookies and without identifying you. The spam check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) only loads once you start filling in a form, and looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots. To stop a form being flooded, we also keep a scrambled version of your internet address for an hour, never the address itself.

How long we keep it

Contact messages: until your question is answered. Email addresses stay on our list until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from our emails any time, using the link in every email.
• Ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
• If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
